Corrections policy
This site is only useful if it is honest about being wrong sometimes. All 110 records in dataset 2026-08-09 can be challenged, and nothing is changed without going back to the source.
1. You report a mismatch
Tell us the airport, company, date and what the counter actually required. Counter experiences are the fastest way we find stale records.
2. We recheck the source
We go back to the rental company's published terms for that branch. A report on its own is not evidence of a rule change.
3. We update or annotate
If the published rule changed, the record is updated and re-dated. If the published rule still says something different from your experience, we note that counter practice can vary and leave the published rule visible.
4. Unresolvable records are marked
If a company stops publishing a rule, we switch the field to Not published rather than keeping an old value alive.
What we never do
- We never let a rental company or affiliate partner change a rule in the database.
- We never replace a missing figure with an estimate to make a page look complete.
- We never remove an unflattering answer because it might cost us a booking.
